Before we see you at the practice, we’ll need to find out about your dental and medical history. It’s essential for us to know as much about your oral health and dental needs before seeing you in person. Our digital forms mean you can complete these in the comfort of your own home.

Your first appointment at Glow

It can be daunting to visit a dental practice that you’ve never been to before so we go above and beyond in making sure your time with us is relaxing and enjoyable.

Your first visit is more than a dental check-up. As we are seeing you for the first time, we need to carry out a more in-depth assessment. Rest assured, we will talk through every step as we go.

Your initial consultation will involve checking many aspects of your overall oral health. It includes checking:

• Your teeth
• Your gums
• Your bite
• Your tongue and cheek
• Your jaw
• Signs of oral cancer

We make sure that there are no underlying issues too and will carry out x-rays to make sure your teeth are healthy on the inside as well as the outside.
