• To welcome and greet patients
• Assisting with patient enquiries
• Booking appointments
• Answering telephone calls
• Following up with patients after they have had treatment

Lily enjoys interacting with patients and getting to know them, providing them with a happy experience to brighten up their day.

She understands patients may have mixed emotions about visiting the dentist, as she herself had a fear growing up, which is why she strives to go above and beyond to ensure our young patients at the practice have a good experience.

In her spare time Lily enjoys dining out and trying new cuisines and spending time with her family & friends, especially her grandad who makes the best cup of tea in the world!
